    Really good location near Dublin's vibrant attractions and great staff. The breakfast choices were a good surprise!

    Rooms can be claustrophobic with limited natural light, and some amenities are outdated. Dining options late at night were lacking.

    Reasonably clean, gorgeous hotel with pleasant staff and fashionable rooms. The best breakfast at a better rate and lovely views. Incredible and wonderful location in Dublin, just next door to both Grafton Street, most attractions in the city, and a restaurant.

    Despite initial check-in issues, the duty manager quickly resolved everything, allowing me to rest after my overnight flight. The return visit matched my expectations, providing a consistently positive experience.

    The location is excellent, a 5 minutes walking from Grafton Street, in the very beautiful and pleasant city center. The hotel is very beautiful, the room has good size, the bed and pillows are very comfy.

    The fact that they charge the internet (wire or wireless) 15 euros for every 24 hours, or 6 euros for 1 hour. Veeeery expensive. I think a 4 stars hotel could have the wireless internet for free, this is basic nowdays! And the air conditioner of the room was not working, even after we asked for fix it. During the night, the room gets hot, but we can't cool it down.

    Modern hotel, comfortable beds, excellent service. Top-notch and brand-new rooms with a safe, multi-channel TV, and a mini-fridge-bar. The best breakfast at a better rate and well-trained and professional staff.

    The location was very nice, right in the heart of everything 🌟 The breakfast spread was a highlight, with freshly baked pastries. Just wish the room had better soundproofing though.

    The location is excellent. Only surpassed by the Westbury for location.

    The suites were of very poor quality ( I looked at 3 for our anniversary), low ceilings, cheap laminate wooden floors, the couch was broken, nearly impaled me, some beds barely fitted in the suite's bedroom on 523. The split level suites hae a nice bedroom, high cieling, more room, if you want to climb stairs for your holiday! Not worth the upgrade, go somewhere else. The deluxe room would be fine.

    Impeccably clean hotel with lovely location in Dublin close to USB charging ports, and most attractions. Well-kept room and marble-lined bathroom with a hairdryer, shower caps, and bath sheets. Good and the best breakfast, great food.

    The hotel is perfect in everyway. Fabulous central location. Staff very helpful and friendly. the Mint bar and staff was great. Can't wait to return.
